Tami Reader is a web application that provides tools for managing, editing, and interacting with PDF documents. Features include document management, content editing, text-to-speech, AI-generated summaries, study guides, quizzes, mind map, multilingual support, and more. Tami Reader is continuously evolving, and we may add, change, or remove features at any time without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to use Tami Reader in a lawful manner and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must not:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Modify, adapt, or hack the service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Tami Reader.
- Transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
4. Payment and Subscription
Tami Reader offers subscription plans that include a free trial period. Payment information is required at the time of subscription, and your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period if you do not cancel. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties. 5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tami Reader and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Tami Reader.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tami Reader, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party. In no event shall Tami Reader be liable for any claims, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, damages, losses, or costs in an amount exceeding the amount you paid to Tami Reader hereunder or $100.00, whichever is greater.
8. Changes to Terms
Tami Reader reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
